Privacy policy
Last updated: October 27, 2026
This policy explains how ed interactive group inc. ("we") collects, uses and protects personal information when you use edinteractive.digital, take our AI readiness assessment or CRM health check, book a call or write to us. We follow Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (as amended by Law 25) and Canada's anti-spam legislation.
Person in charge of the protection of personal information

What we collect
- What you type into our forms: your name, work email, company, phone number (optional) and any notes.
- Your answers to the AI readiness assessment or the CRM health check, and the score and report we build from them.
- Booking details when you book a call: the time, your answers to the booking questions and your contact details.
- Emails you send us.
We don't ask for sensitive information, and we don't buy lists or collect information about you from other sources.
Why we use it
- To build your report, send it to you and answer your questions.
- To contact you about your report or the call you booked, when you have agreed to it.
- To keep a record of our exchanges in our customer database, so we don't ask you the same things twice.
- To improve the assessment, using answers combined across many visitors, never in a way that identifies you.
We use your information only for these purposes. We never sell it or share it for advertising.
Your consent
Our forms ask for your consent before sending a report or contacting you. You can withdraw it at any time by replying "unsubscribe" to any of our emails or by writing to the person in charge above.
Where it's kept, and who helps us
We use a small number of service providers, each bound by its own privacy and security commitments:
- Zoho (CRM, Mail and Bookings): our customer records, emails and bookings. Our Zoho account is hosted in Zoho's United States data centre.
- Cloudflare: hosts this website, checks that forms are sent by people rather than bots (Turnstile), and measures visits without cookies (Web Analytics). Cloudflare runs servers in Canada and around the world.
Because some of these services store information outside Quebec, we assessed them before using them and chose providers that protect information to a standard comparable to Quebec law.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we're in touch, and for up to three years after our last exchange, unless you become a client (then we keep what the law requires for accounting and contracts) or you ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, have it corrected, receive a copy in a common format, or have it deleted. Write to the person in charge above. We answer within 30 days.
If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec (cai.gouv.qc.ca).
Cookies
This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. The bot check on our forms may set a cookie that's strictly needed for it to work.
Security and incidents
We limit access to your information to the people who need it, protect our accounts with strong authentication, and use encrypted connections. If an incident puts your information at risk of serious harm, we'll tell you and the Commission d'accès à l'information as the law requires.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
